A website and lead-management CRM for Qube Self Storage

A Leeds self-storage website connected to a private CRM: interest registrations, lead status, notes and follow-up in one workflow. See what Digital XP built.

What needed to change?

Qube needed to collect interest in its Holbeck storage facility before customers could book a unit. The owner needed a usable record of prospective customers, their preferred unit size and likely move-in month.

How did we approach it?

We connected the public registration form to a private CRM. The customer record is saved before notification emails are attempted, so a failed email does not remove the registration from the owner's list.

What can the business do now?

  • Visitors register their preferred locker size and move-in month through the website.
  • The owner can search enquiries, update a status pipeline, keep notes and export records as CSV from the private CRM.
  • A repeat registration updates the existing contact instead of creating another record with the same email address.
  • The owner can update website copy and unit details without asking for a new deployment.

What matters for a similar project?

The useful part of a custom CRM is the connection between an enquiry and the next action. Here the website collects the fields the owner needs, and the CRM keeps those details available during follow-up.
