Web design in Leeds
Digital XP designs and builds bespoke websites for Leeds businesses. New sites, redesigns and moves from a platform you have outgrown, with the enquiry, booking or payment journey included in the scope.
Most of our work is for businesses within a half-hour of the city, and the rest is spread across the UK. Being close enough to sit in a room with someone helps at the start of a project, when the scoping happens. After that it rarely matters where anyone is.
Work for Leeds and West Yorkshire businesses
Three of our published projects are businesses in and around the city. They are a fair picture of the kind of work we take on locally, which tends to be less “brochure site” and more “the website is the operation”.

Waste management
EFR Skips & Onyx Recycling
Online booking and payment for two skip-hire brands, plus the internal operations platform their office and drivers run on.
Read the project storyThe skip hire rebuild is the one that shows the local angle most clearly: two WordPress sites replaced with static builds sharing a single booking backend, including 39 landing pages written across the LS and WF postcode districts and 45 redirects mapping every previously indexed URL to its new home. All the case studies are here.
What we build
How a project runs
Scope, build, launch and iterate. The scoping happens before any money changes hands: we work out what the thing actually needs to do, write it down, and price it. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price, so the number at the end is the number you agreed.
- You talk to the people building it, not an account manager
- Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before work starts
- Three months of support included, then an agreed monthly plan
- Based in Leeds, so meeting in person is possible when it helps
Tell us about your current site or new project. We aim to reply within one working day and agree the scope before quoting.
Discuss your websiteBefore you get started
What does a website build or redesign cost?
We quote a fixed fee after agreeing the scope. Page types, content migration, online payments, booking rules and editable areas all affect the work. Send your current website and what needs to change; we can identify the questions needed to price it. When purchased alongside a bespoke CRM, a website redesign typically adds £1,000–£2,000. That combined-project offer is not our standalone website price. Hosting and ongoing support are explained separately.
Can you rebuild an existing website?
Yes. We start with what needs to stay: useful content, current URLs, customer journeys and integrations. The Leeds and Wakefield Skip Hire rebuild replaced two WooCommerce sites with one shared booking backend and mapped previously indexed pages through permanent redirects.
How long will the project take?
We agree a delivery plan with the scope. Content readiness, the number of page types, integrations and feedback affect the schedule. You see working previews during the build, so decisions can be made before launch.
What happens after launch?
Three months of support and bug fixes are included. After that, hosting, updates and improvements run on a monthly plan agreed around your needs. The proposal sets out account access, handover, editable areas and any third-party costs before you commit.
